Here’s the deal people. I’m not going to throw a lot of legalese and fancy talk at you. This is my site, and it contains my creative and intellectual property. That means you can’t use it without my permission. You can quote my blog posts, articles, and other written content, but you may not republish anything from this site in its entirety. Of course, I’m flattered that you like my writing and want to use it. You can always hire me to write some content for you. You may not use my images without asking me first, and don’t you dare steal my bandwidth. I promise that if you do that, you will be sorry. I love it when you link to me, leave comments, and send me messages. So if you want something from me or my web site, then just ask. I’m only a click away.

If something on this site offends you, then please know that I’m sorry. But I am not responsible for your offendability. You read the content on this site and access it at your own risk. I don’t like to upset anyone but we can’t always agree with each other on every little and most big things. Feel free to engage in respectful discussions. If you don’t share my opinion, you’re welcome to tell me about it, but do so in a polite manner. Otherwise I’ll delete your comment into obscurity. This is not a flaming free-for-all and I won’t tolerate rude, disrespectful behavior toward myself or my readers. So there.

Oh, and not everything here is mine. If something doesn’t belong to me, you’ll know it. For example, when I write reviews, I get images from Amazon. Obviously, I didn’t design every book, movie, and CD cover in the Amazon repository. The WordPress theme I’m running is by none other than the illustrious Brian Gardner, but I did customize it myself. You like? I can do one for you too. The point is, if you didn’t make it, don’t own it, or didn’t pay or obtain permission to use it, then leave it alone and just enjoy it. Share it with your friends, have a laugh, but don’t go stealing my content.
